Children's Ministry Assistant
- To support the Kid’s Pastor in executing ministry program on Sundays and special events
- Send weekly communication to families and volunteers
- To prepare components of lessons and snacks for Volunteer Team
- To ensure Volunteer Team is scheduled and staffed each week
- To step into various Sunday roles as directed by Pastor Andrew as neededÂ
- Systems & Data Management: Rosters, family info, volunteer background checks and live-scanned, Create, maintain and mange event registrations
- Help execute special events (e.g., receptions, family ministry events)
