Our Lady of the Valley (OLV) is a PreK-8th grade Catholic Classical School in Wasilla, Alaska. We serve the families of Sacred Heart Parish in Wasilla, St Michael Parish in Palmer, and the 4 other parishes in the Mat-Su Valley. Please visit our website: www.ourladyofthevalleyak.org. 

Elementary Classroom Teacher 2026-2027 

School Year Terms: Full-Time and/or Part-Time Employee 

Experience: 2+ Years preferred 

Education: Undergraduate Degree, Masters Degree 

Base Pay: Salaried 

For the 2026-2027 academic year, we are looking for a full-time or part-time elementary classroom teacher. Requirements: Must be practicing Roman Catholic who is eager to take the Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church • Bachelor's Degree (Required) • Master's Degree (Preferred) • 2+ years of experience in teaching or administration (Preferred) • 2+ years teaching experience in a classical school environment (Preferred) • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills • Resilient and adaptable with strong time management and organizational skills • Committed to the mission of Catholic Classical education and the teachings of the Catholic Church.
