Product Designer — UI/UX
Role Description Full-time remote/hybrid role based in Greater Houston. The Product Designer will own the end-to-end design of the VowchedMe experience — from onboarding to the recruiter portal to the Reputation Signal display. You'll work directly with the founder and engineering to ship polished, on-brand product.
Compensation $110,000–$140,000 USD base, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Own product design across consumer, recruiter, and admin surfaces
- Lead user research, prototyping, and iterative testing
- Design systems work — components, patterns, and brand consistency
- Partner closely with engineering on handoff and implementation quality
- Contribute to brand and marketing design when needed
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of product design experience, ideally on consumer or B2B SaaS products
- Strong portfolio showing shipped work, not just concepts
- Fluency in Figma and modern design systems
- Comfort designing for video-first experiences and complex data displays
- Self-directed and confident operating without heavy process
