Position Type: Part-Time Internship (10–20 Hours Per Week)

Program Length: 90-Day Executive Leadership Internship

 

Position Overview

Zipoura is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial college intern to serve in an Interim COO Leadership Development role. This position is intended for students who want hands-on experience operating inside a startup executive environment while being directly mentored by the CEO and executive leadership team.

The intern will gain real-world experience in:

This is not a traditional internship. This is an executive development opportunity designed to mold future business leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

Executive Operations & Leadership

  • Oversee coordination across executive departments, including:
    • sales
    • marketing
    • finance
    • technology
    • HR
  • Support executive alignment under CEO direction
  • Assist with company-wide operational strategy
  • Participate in executive meetings and strategic planning sessions

Brand & Market Expansion

  • Support renaming, branding, and market positioning initiatives
  • Assist with rollout coordination for Zipoura by iDrink
  • Support launch readiness and city expansion planning

Technology & Platform Operations

  • Assist with app development coordination from prototype to production readiness
  • Help oversee:
    • CRM systems
    • onboarding systems
    • operational dashboards
    • ambassador systems
    • reporting infrastructure
  • Monitor launch readiness and operational functionality

Operational Systems & KPI Management

  • Assist with creating KPI tracking structures
  • Help build reporting systems and operational workflows
  • Support operational organization and accountability systems
  • Help ensure departments remain aligned with deadlines and milestones

Sales & Organizational Support

  • Support oversight of sales operations until dedicated sales leadership is fully established
  • Assist with hiring coordination and onboarding processes
  • Help structure operational systems for future scaling
  • Participate in executive-level growth discussions and planning

Qualifications

Preferred Candidates:

  • Junior or Senior college students
  • Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, Finance, Operations, or Entrepreneurship majors preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Interest in startups, leadership, and executive management
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset strongly preferred
  • Leadership experience in organizations, sports, clubs, or business ventures is a plus

Compensation & Leadership Growth Path

90-Day Internship Period

Monthly Stipend:

  • $500–$1,000 per month
