This internship will primarily involve active assistance across various business operations such as invoicing, credit applications, contact with customers, and financial reporting. In addition, our company will strive to expand your knowledge and experience in the business industry by allowing you to put your analytical skills to the test by using Excel to manage various projects. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a great work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the willingness to take initiative.
Responsibilities
- Contact with customers
- Process invoices accurately and on time and resolve any invoice issues
- Update and maintain weekly reports
- Utilize Excel to manage a variety of ad hoc projects
- Collect data from our software and analyze it to identify patterns and trends and effectively communicate findings
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Provide needed assistance to management
