Content Creator/Videographer
Job Summary
Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is looking for an ambitious, highly creative, and self-starting Content Creator & Videographer to join our fast-paced marketing team. This is the perfect role for a hungry, recent graduate looking to make a massive, immediate footprint in digital media.
You’ll be joining a young, creative, fast-moving marketing department full of people who are here to help, collaborate, and bring big ideas to life. We’re looking for someone who can jump into that energy, shoot content, ideate, create, and help turn long form videos and social ideas into work people actually want to watch.
Role Ownership & Operational Structure
Execution: You are responsible for the entire visual style and technical execution of your assignments. While collaboration is always available, you are expected to create an end product.
Proactive Communication: Questions must be asked at the beginning of a task, not near the submission deadline.
Core Responsibilities
Ideation & Capture: Constantly pitch, script, shoot, and edit high-performing vertical video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) across our brand channels.
Graphic Design: Create eye-catching, high-click thumbnails and reel covers in Canva for every video post, adhering strictly to established firm branding.
AI Copywriting Optimization: Leverage AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to draft concise, platform-optimized, SEO-friendly captions and hashtags.
On-Set & Talent Management
On-Camera Direction: Comfortably guide, coach, and direct high-profile legal talent on-camera to ensure authentic, high-impact performances.
Event Coverage: Attend firm events and community outreach initiatives to capture live video and photography. Turn around a polished, 30-second recap reel and event photos within 1–3 days of the event.
Are You the Right Fit?
Requirements:
Education/Experience: Degree in Film, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a killer portfolio that proves you don't need one. (Recent graduates with drive are highly encouraged to apply!)
Technical Proficiency: Professional video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud / Premiere, or similar) and sharp design skills in Canva and Figma.
Platform Fluent: Deep familiarity with platform algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and an understanding of how to write copy that ranks for SEO.
Mindset: A fearless, resilient communicator who thrives on full creative autonomy and doesn't wait around for permission or inspiration.
Why Join Us?
This isn't an internship where you get coffee. At Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys, you are stepping directly into a high-visibility, creative environment under the direct mentorship of our Head of Creative. You will have a massive sandbox to test your ideas, access to top-tier resources, and a fast, clear track for professional growth if you can consistently hit your pipeline targets!
