Main Responsibilities🚀 

  • Look to be a part of multiple responsibilities, tasks, and roles to meet the firm's needs. 
  • Interest in learning financial operating systems to support advisory and client service teams 
  • Own complex workflows, identify problems, and propose solutions within the firm 
  • Design business architecture and systems in accordance with Peak's standards of excellence 
  • Support advisors by translating financial planning needs into structured, scalable systems 
  • Partner with leadership to test, implement, and optimize new tools, workflows, and strategies
