If you're experienced with wide-format printing, precision cutting, and real-world graphics installation — and you take pride in delivering flawless results — we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
As our Wide-Format Production Specialist, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing client projects to life from file prep all the way through to finished installation. You'll operate industry-leading equipment, execute precise cuts and finishes, and take graphics out into the field to install on vehicles and at job sites. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a production environment and takes ownership of quality at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain wide-format printers (HP) and laminators
- Operate the Esko router/cutter table to produce precise cuts on a variety of substrates including foam board, ACM, corrugated, vinyl, and rigid materials
- Prepare, nest, and set up print and cut files for production; ensure proper registration and material optimization
- Perform mounting, laminating, trimming, and finishing on wide-format projects
- Install vinyl graphics on vehicles (full wraps, partial wraps, and cut lettering) with professional surface prep and finished results
- Execute on-site graphics installations at client locations, retail environments, job sites, and events — including wall graphics, window film, floor graphics, and signage
- Ensure color consistency, print accuracy, and proper material handling across all jobs
- Collaborate with the design and customer service teams to meet client specifications and deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
- Monitor and communicate inventory levels for substrates, media, and installation supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with wide-format printing and finishing equipment
- Hands-on experience operating a CNC router table (Esko or similar) — ability to set up jobs, calibrate, and maintain the machine is a strong plus
- Proven vehicle wrap and vinyl graphics installation experience, including surface prep, heat application, and post-heat techniques
- Field installation experience — comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, or at various job site conditions
- Familiarity with RIP software (Versaworks, Onyx, Fiery, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to read and interpret production-ready files and cut paths
- Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality
- Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance knowledge for production equipment
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay based on experience
- A supportive, collaborative team environment
- The opportunity to work with cutting-edge print and finishing technology
- Varied, hands-on work — no two days are the same
