Content Production Assistant
We are seeking a Content Production Assistant to join our team at JONATHAN Y. This individual will support the Content Manager by coordinating the creation, organization, and distribution of product photography and visual content assets. This role serves as a liaison to ensure product images are produced on schedule, properly organized, and made available for use across eCommerce, marketing, and marketplace channels.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a liaison between the Content Manager, photographers, in-house graphic designers, and outsourced creative partners.
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of visual assets, including product photography, lifestyle imagery, infographics, banners, and other marketing content for new product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and content refreshes.
- Prepare and communicate project requests, creative briefs, product information, and asset requirements to creative teams.
- Coordinate and track the progress of design projects to ensure deliverables are completed according to established timelines.
- Ensure completed images are properly labeled, categorized, and stored for easy access by internal teams.
- Distribute approved assets across all departments as needed.
- Identify missing assets and communicate needs to the Content Manager.
- Support the Content Manager to conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends in product imagery, lifestyle photography, product presentations and visual content across ecommerce channels.
- Participate in regular project status meetings and provide updates on content progress.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in project coordination, marketing support, content coordination, administrative support, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow up effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
