Job Description: Radiology technologist will apply knowledge of the principles of radiation
protection for the patient, self, and others. Applies knowledge of anatomy, positioning and
radiographic techniques to accurately demonstrate anatomical structures on a radiograph.
Examines radiographs for the purpose of evaluating techniques, positioning and other pertinent
technical qualities. Maintains cleanliness of Radiographic room to which assigned and ensures
equipment is usable. Operates x-ray equipment in the examination of patients in accordance
with standard procedures and physician's instructions.
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
• One (1) year physician practice experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Mastery in computer software applications
• Professional attitude and compassion for patient care.
• Excellent skill set and ability to meet daily challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Associatee's Degree from an accredited Radiology Program which includes clinical
training.
• Current SCRQSA License.
• ARRT Registration (or have taken ARRT registry and are awaiting results).

• New graduates must obtain and submit Permanent SCRQSA License within 30 days of
passing ARRT registry. May work with temporary B SCRQSA License for 30 days.
