Business Management and Development Intern

Job Description:

Rex Property & Land, LLC has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. We are looking to hire an intern to support property management and real estate development activities. This internship could transition into a full time position with a career path to senior managment.

Responsibilities include:

-Interact with customers and clients

-Manage leasing document flow

-Develop and monitor ad performance

-Work with marketing team

-Coordinate with maintenance personnel

-Identify needed rehab projects

-Assess future rental properties

-Create reports for Chief Operating Officer

Extensive training will be provided for the right candidate.

Requirements:

-Must be mature, dependable, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team environment

-Must have your own transportation

-Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word is required

-College degree completed or in progress is desirable

-AI experience desirable

-Real estate or other experience considered

-A real estate license is helpful but not required.

-Experience with Adobe graphic design software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
