Data Analyst

The Purcell Clinic is seeking a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient care outcomes. This role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and experience working with large datasets in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Perform statistical analysis and generate actionable recommendations.
• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
• Support database management and data governance initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and security regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with statistical analysis and reporting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
