About the Job

As an Scheduling Coordinator/Intern, you will be collaborating with our partner practices, patients and internal associates from our corporate office. The Scheduling Coordinator/Intern reports to the Manager of Operations and will play a key role to support Evenly’s commitment to provide the highest level of customer service. The position performs a wide variety of administrative, customer service and operational support activities. This position is an in-person role, Monday - Friday at the corporate office in Bethesda, MD. 

What you will be doing

• Work closely with dental practices and patients to coordinate schedules via phone/email
• Communicate with Evenly Treatment Coordinators/Delivery Specialists and various internal team members
• Closely track and manage appointments for Invisalign delivery and refinement appointments
• Provide excellent customer service and commitment to detail

What we are looking for in our candidates

• Proven ability to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to be direct and concise
• Ability to build relationships via the telephone and emails
• Strong organizational skills with good note keeping, follow through and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize on a daily and weekly basis
• Experience with CRMs, Scheduling and Excel (tracking) programs, preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree achieved or in progress with an anticipated graduation date by June 2028
