Support Analyst - Analyst I
Under the supervision of the Section Chief of the SPPS, the Support Analyst ensures effective functioning of branch wide administrative, operational, and documentation processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating branch wide administrative tasks, routing inquiries, maintaining shared resources, and supporting onsite operational needs such as mail, voicemail, and IT or facility requests. The position prepares and routes travel documents, assists with Out-of-State Travel processes, and serves as the Attendance Coordinator, ensuring accurate timekeeping and coordination with Personnel Specialists.
The Support Analyst manages records as the SPPS Records Retention Coordinator and supports Public Records Act processing by logging requests, gathering documents, and tracking approvals. The role also assists the Occupational Lead Poisoning Prevention Program by responding to hotline inquiries, sharing relevant information with program staff, and supporting fee waiver processing and tracking. Through these duties, the Support Analyst helps maintain efficient operations and supports OHB programs in delivering core public health services.
