As an Entry Level Manager, you will start with training that prepares you to lead sales teams representing AT&T Fiber’s high-speed internet solutions. The Entry Level Manager will guide conversations, coach their team on effective sales engagement, and maintain consistent sales performance. Your ability to lead by example will drive both team success and sales results.
Role Requirements for an Entry Level Manager

- Oversee territory coverage across Scranton, ensuring sales outreach efforts support stronger AT&T Fiber adoption.
- Review daily performance trends to identify coaching opportunities and strengthen team sales effectiveness.
- Handle advanced consultations, helping customers understand the long‑term value of upgrading to a dedicated fiber‑optic connection.
- Ensure all team interactions reflect AT&T’s professional standards and local compliance expectations.
- Lead daily planning sessions to review market updates, competitor activity, and upcoming AT&T Fiber promotions.
