Location: Exton, PA
Department: Operations / Project Management
Reports To: Project Executive / Senior Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction project management within the low-voltage and communications industry. The Entry-Level Project Manager will assist with the coordination, documentation, scheduling, and execution of projects while learning all aspects of project management from experienced leaders.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, communicates professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with daily project operations
  • Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  • Help manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents
  • Coordinate with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
  • Attend project meetings and prepare meeting notes/action items
  • Monitor job costs, purchase orders, and billing support documentation
  • Maintain organized digital project files and records
  • Support material procurement and delivery coordination
  • Communicate project updates internally and externally
  • Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items and deadlines
  • Learn company systems, processes, and project workflows

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
  • Construction or project coordination internship experience is a plus
