Job Description:
As a CMS Intern at SSR, you will gain hands-on experience supporting civil, environmental, and infrastructure engineering projects. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and project teams to assist in design development, data analysis, permitting, field investigations, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of engineering reports, plans, and specifications.
• Support site layout, grading, drainage, and utility design using Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
• Perform field visits for data collection, site assessments, and construction observation.
• Help review design standards and regulatory codes for compliance.
• Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
• Organize and analyze project data for use in technical documentation and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Completion of at least sophomore year by the internship start date.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar design software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with an eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
