What You'll Be Doing

Daily / Weekly:

  • Conduct outbound communications to both cold and warm leads.
  • Follow up on leads and qualify potential clients.
  • Schedule visits to introduce prospects to our unique process.
  • Manage and update the CRM, including scheduling and rescheduling client visits.

Monthly / Quarterly:

  • Attend live marketing events such as dinners and workshops.
  • Engage prospects in person, explain our process, and schedule follow-up visits.
  • Follow up with event attendees to secure appointments.
  • Report on lead follow-up effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Call suspect and opportunity lists for events.
  • Reach out for all quarterly client events.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
