Civil Engineer (Entry Level)

Redland is seeking full-time entry level Civil Engineers with 0-3 years of experience. Candidates should have a personable and friendly attitude, be proactive, have excellent project delivery skills, and enjoy interacting, supporting, and serving clients and other team members.

Qualifications:

  • Registered EIT or pursuing completion of FE Exam;
  • Basic knowledge of civil engineering principals;
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and communication skills which enable effective and professional interaction with clients, employees, and municipalities;
  • Able to research zoning, development standards, development review processes, compliance matters, regulations, and standards;
  • Strong writing skills;
  • Able to multi-task and coordinate on multiple projects;
  • Able to develop mentoring skills and provide technical guidance to other associates;
  • Enjoy working with others in a collaborative team environment;
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Salary Range: $70,000-87,000
