Director Of Data Analytics

Manager of Data Analytics Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support decision-making through careful analysis, clear documentation, and dependable execution. This role is well suited for someone who values focused work, works effectively within defined standards, and brings consistency to gathering, organizing, and interpreting information. You will partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and help ensure solutions are aligned with operational goals.

Salary: $120k/year
In Person: at least 3 days a week in Mission Viejo, California . Must live local to Southern California 


Responsibilities:
● Support business development efforts by performing onsite hospital client data
gathering, analysis, in support of pricing models for proposals.
● Develop and present management and client-facing operational reports.
● Analyze internal customer billings and variances to plan.
● Continuously working with clients, billing team, IT, and Operations team to improve analytics, reports, and relevant processes
● Support the creation of Budget, Forecast and Monthly Financial analysis.
● Other special projects and ad-hoc analytics.
● Limited travel will be required.


Qualifications:
● Expert level proficiency with Tableau.
● Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and add insight and value
● Expert level proficiency with Excel, including Power Pivot.
● NetSuite and MS Access experience helpful but not required.
● Advanced understanding of SQL and Python.
● Experience in performing complex analytics with large datasets.
● Good interpersonal skills.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● High attention to detail.

Education and Experience:
● Prefer Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/data science or equivalent.
● 5-7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, finance, or accounting.
