Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative – Industrial Real Estate

Heyde Industrial Realty is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to identify and engage warehouse operators, 3PL providers, distributors, manufacturers, and logistics companies throughout North America.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential industrial users and 3PL companies
  • Conduct outbound email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
  • Qualify warehouse requirements and operational needs
  • Schedule meetings with decision-makers and company leadership
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect pipelines
  • Research industrial real estate markets and available properties
  • Assist with client presentations, proposals, and market surveys
  • Support business development efforts across the United States

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with outbound prospecting
  • Experience in sales, logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or commercial real estate is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and email outreach platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Compensation

  • Base salary plus performance-based bonuses and commissions
