Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a driven and analytical Manufacturing Engineer to join our Columbus, Ohio team. In this entry-level role, you will help to optimize our daily production processes while learning to estimate manufacturing costs for new and existing product lines.

What You’ll Do:
Under the guidance of our experienced team of Engineers, you will:
- Support sales initiatives by determining manufacturing costs including labor, raw materials, and external processing for new and existing products.
- Maintain organized documentation of estimates, assumptions, and historical pricing data.
- Assist in drafting detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process flows for the production floor.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to promote manufacturing efficiency and throughput.
- Create and or revise CAD models and Engineering Drawings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering or other related field.
- Foundational knowledge of CAD software. (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or Inventor)
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to communicate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and effective at managing multiple priorities.
- Prior internships or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment preferred – metal fabrication experience a plus.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
