Nesting Period & Growth Ramp
We invest in your success from day one. All new producers begin with a structured onboarding and training program — designed to give you a thorough grounding in our products, systems, and the trucking industry while you're working your pipeline. You won't be thrown in cold. You'll be ready.
For candidates coming from outside trucking insurance specifically, this onboarding is where you build the industry knowledge that turns your existing sales and insurance skills into results. Our training is hands-on, practical, and built around real scenarios you'll encounter in the field — so by the time you hit your stride, you're selling with confidence and authority. Many of our strongest producers made exactly that transition.
Requirements
What are We Looking For?
You don't need a trucking industry background to be successful in this role. What matters most is that you:
· Have 1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, insurance, or a related field
· Bring a consultative approach — you listen, ask good questions, and match solutions to needs
· Are organized, pipeline-focused, and follow through consistently
· Are coachable and motivated by continuous improvement
· Confident and efficient navigating multiple databases, systems, and platforms simultaneously
· Hold an active P&C license or are on track to obtain one before your start date
Familiarity with commercial trucking, FMCSA requirements, or DOT filings is a plus — but not a requirement.
