Area Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive new business development and revenue growth for Hope and Kindness which owns several applications focused on secure document storage and transfer built with advanced ledger-based encryption and blockchain-type security features.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role, ideal for any level of experience – both entry-level sales professionals and others with a background in healthcare, SaaS, cybersecurity, or compliance solutions who are comfortable operating in a performance-based environment.
The ASM will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within their assigned territory, with a strong focus on medical practices, healthcare organizations, and compliance-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts
- Educate prospects on the value of blockchain-based secure storage and data transfer
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations (virtual and in-person as needed)
- Target key verticals including healthcare, med spas, holistic medicine, and compliance-heavy industries
- Build relationships with decision-makers
- Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking
- Meet or exceed revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Ability to explain complex solutions simply
- Self-starter comfortable in a 1099 role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling cloud storage, cybersecurity, or healthcare IT solutions
- Familiarity with HIPAA and blockchain technology
- Existing network in healthcare or compliance industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
