Outbound Sales Representative

We are two growing luxury brands based in Northwest Montana — and we are looking for a confident, personable, self-motivated individual to help us connect with real estate agents and homeowners across the Flathead Valley and beyond.

House of Wild is a private home care and concierge company for second-home owners based in Whitefish and the Flathead Valley. Unwritten Stays is a boutique luxury short-term rental management company serving Bozeman, Big Sky, Whitefish, and the Flathead Valley.

This role is simple: you make outbound calls to warm leads, introduce our services, and set appointments. We close. You earn.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to real estate agents and homeowners using lists we provide
• Introduce House of Wild and Unwritten Stays in a warm, professional tone
• Qualify leads — is this a second home? Are they looking for management or home care?
• Set discovery calls or meetings for our team to close
• Send follow-up DMs on Instagram when relevant
• Track your outreach in a simple shared log
• Report back on conversations, objections, and opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Confident and comfortable on the phone — you don't mind introducing yourself to strangers
• Clear, professional communicator — you represent a luxury brand, tone matters
• Self-motivated — you can work independently without someone watching over your shoulder
• Organized — you can keep track of who you called and what was said
• Hungry — you want to earn bonuses, not just collect an hourly rate
• Interest in real estate, hospitality, entrepreneurship, or sales is a plus
• No prior sales experience required — we will train you on our pitch and talking points

Compensation

This is a performance-based role. The more you convert, the more you earn.

$5–$10  —  Per qualified conversation (real conversation, not voicemail)

$25–$50  —  Confirmed appointment or discovery call set

$500  —  House of Wild client signed

$1,000  —  Unwritten Stays property onboarded

A single Unwritten Stays property onboarded can generate $1,000 in bonus — on top of your per-conversation and appointment pay. Top performers who help close multiple clients per month can earn several hundred to over a thousand dollars monthly on a part-time schedule.

Schedule & Hours

• Part-time, approximately 8–15 hours per week to start
• Flexible scheduling — work around your classes or other commitments
• Calling hours during business hours (weekdays preferred)
• Remote-friendly — you can work from anywhere with a phone
