About VIVE

VIVE Create Future is a design-led soccer apparel brand built for youth clubs and grassroots soccer — with a mission that goes beyond gear. We're a small, fast-moving team doing work that actually matters to the communities we serve.

The Role

We're looking for a part-time Content Creator to join us for the summer. This isn't a corporate content job. It's real, on-the-ground, human storytelling — capturing what's already happening and helping VIVE show up consistently across social media and with the clubs and partners we serve.

You'll work directly with the CEO and our Branding Director, with full flexibility on when and how you get your hours in.

What You'll Do

Capture & Create — Shoot casual, vertical video content at the warehouse, in the field, at installs, deliveries, and events; raw and real is the goal, not overproduced

Light Production — Basic editing for Reels, Stories, and short-form clips; think speed and authenticity, not agency polish

Founder Social — Help manage and post to the founder's personal LinkedIn and/or Instagram, turning behind-the-scenes moments into genuine, on-brand storytelling

Club & Partner Content — Create simple content that connects with our youth club partners and business accounts — shoutouts, deliveries, unboxings, field moments — the kind of content that builds real relationships

What We're Looking For

Comfortable shooting on a phone and doing light edits (CapCut, Instagram, or similar tools — no fancy software required)

Natural eye for authentic, unscripted moments

Moves fast and doesn't overthink it — presence over perfection

Genuinely interested in youth soccer, community, or social impact brands

Available ~10 hours/week with a flexible schedule

Ideal for someone heading back to school in the fall — this is a summer contract with potential to grow

Bonus Points If You

Have your own social presence or have created content for a brand before

Are plugged into the San Diego youth sports or soccer scene

Have experience supporting a founder or personal brand

The Details

Type: Part-time contract (hourly)

Hours: ~10 hrs/week, flexible

Location: San Diego-based; some on-site availability needed

Timeline: Summer 2026 (with potential to extend)

Reports to: CEO
