Sunday School Teacher

Position Overview:
The Sunday School Teacher will create an engaging, supportive, and faith-based learning environment for children attending Sunday School at Royal Poinciana Chapel. This position involves leading and teaching biblical lessons, organizing activities, and fostering a positive, welcoming atmosphere for children aged 2 through 4th grade.

Responsibilities:

Lead engaging, age-appropriate lessons based on biblical teachings.

Plan and execute creative activities that reinforce the lesson.

Build a strong rapport with students, encouraging spiritual growth.

Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.

Communicate effectively with parents about their children's progress and any upcoming events.

Collaborate with other Sunday School teachers to ensure consistency in curriculum.

Hours:

Sundays, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (during worship service)

Qualifications:

A passion for teaching and working with children.

Strong understanding of Christian teachings and commitment to nurturing children's spiritual growth.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both children and parents.

Must be able to pass a background check.
