Brand Content Apprentice

Seeking a Brand Content Apprentice to support the growth of a personal brand focused on helping high-achieving women build profitable, purpose-driven brands.

This hands-on apprenticeship is designed for a student or emerging professional interested in branding, marketing, content creation, communications, or entrepreneurship. The apprentice will gain direct exposure to the behind-the-scenes process of building a personal brand, creating strategic content, and growing a digital business.

This is not a passive internship. The selected candidate will actively participate in content planning, production, and execution while receiving mentorship and real-world experience.

Responsibilities

  • Attend two in-person content creation sessions per week in Downtown Baltimore
  • Record short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
  • Assist with brainstorming content ideas aligned with brand messaging and audience needs
  • Help develop content hooks, titles, and caption concepts
  • Research and identify relevant social media trends and content opportunities
  • Organize and label video footage for editing and production
  • Maintain a content tracker and assist with managing content ideas
  • Provide hands-on support during recording sessions to ensure efficient content production
  • Collaborate on content initiatives and special projects as assigned

Time Commitment

  • June–August 2026
  • Approximately 6–8 hours per week
  • Two in-person meetings per week required
  • Three-month commitment required

Location

  • Hybrid position
  • Must be able to travel consistently to Downtown Baltimore for scheduled content sessions
  • Reliable transportation required

Ideal Candidate

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university
  • Interested in branding, marketing, communications, content creation, entrepreneurship, or business
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Comfortable working collaboratively and taking initiative
  • Able to consistently meet commitments and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating content for social media
  • Experience writing captions, social media posts, or marketing content
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Awareness of current social media trends and content formats

College credit may be available through your academic department. Students seeking academic credit are responsible for confirming eligibility and requirements with their college or university.

Compensation

  • $350–$500 monthly stipend
  • Potential opportunity for future paid project-based work based on performance
