Strategy & Operations Intern
Job Title: Strategy & Operations Intern
Healthy Amplified | Strategy & Operations Intern Remote (U.S.-based) | Part-Time | 5 hrs/week | June – December 2026
The Opportunity
Think Enova meets early-stage health tech. Healthy Amplified is building a multi-solution platform spanning Behavioral Health, Cognition, Revenue Cycle Management, and AI-powered clinical applications — and we're launching the commercial engine from scratch.
This is a ground-floor strategy and operations role inside a company standing up production-ready solutions in a $280B+ behavioral health market. You won't be fetching coffee or formatting slides. You will own real work that drives real outcomes — from lead generation to launch execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition — Design and execute outreach campaigns targeting physician groups, health systems, and behavioral health partners to build a qualified pipeline from zero
- Go-to-Market Execution — Support the production launch of our Behavioral Health solution alongside our Cognition, Revenue Cycle, and AI-powered application offerings; own discrete workstreams from strategy through deployment
- Market Intelligence — Research the competitive landscape across behavioral health, digital therapeutics, and managed services; translate findings into crisp, actionable briefs for BD and product leadership
- Content & Collateral Development — Create materials for clinical and administrative audiences that communicate complex solutions in plain language — one-pagers, FAQs, partner decks, outreach scripts
- Partner & Account Operations — Support onboarding, activation, and early success tracking for new provider accounts
- Strategic Analysis — Collaborate directly with leadership on go-to-market documentation, pricing frameworks, and operational playbooks
Who We're Looking For
- Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior at a 4-year accredited university
- Majors: Business, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Journalism, or related
- Self-starter who delivers without hand-holding — remote discipline is non-negotiable
- Strong writer and communicator; you translate complexity into clarity
- Analytical mind with genuine curiosity about how businesses grow
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation
This is an unpaid, non-cash educational internship structured as a legitimate learning engagement consistent with DOL internship guidelines. Interns who satisfactorily complete the program are eligible for equity-linked consideration under a separate agreement. No cash wages are paid during the internship period.
What You'll Gain
Hands-on experience across healthcare technology commercialization, early-stage platform strategy, customer acquisition operations, and production launch execution in a regulated, high-growth environment. Direct exposure to behavioral health, AI-powered clinical tools, and RCM — three of the highest-demand sectors in health tech. This is a resume-differentiating experience for anyone serious about strategy, operations, or health tech as a career.
