Systems Support Specialist (Part-Time)

Stonebridge Counseling is seeking two curious, technology-savvy individuals to help support our growing mental health practice.

This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional who enjoys solving problems, learning new technology, helping others, and improving systems. While technical aptitude is important, we're primarily looking for people who are resourceful, dependable, and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing organization.

Position Details

• Part-Time (15-20 hours/week)
• Two positions available
• Flexible scheduling
• $21-$24/hour DOE
• Chico Office based
• Hybrid opportunities may be available after training

About Stonebridge

Stonebridge Counseling is a trauma-informed mental health group practice dedicated to providing exceptional client care while building a collaborative, learning-centered workplace. Responsibilities

• Provide support for our electronic health record (Athelas)
• Troubleshoot telehealth and technology issues
• Assist with passwords, permissions, and user access
• Support staff using Google Workspace and BambooHR
• Communicate with software vendors and track support requests
• Create simple guides and resources for staff
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and systems
• Assist with technology and operations projects

Qualifications

• Strong comfort learning new technology
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
• Interest in technology, operations, process improvement, or healthcare systems

Preferred majors include:

• Management Information Systems
• Information Systems
• Business Administration
• Health Informatics
• Computer Science
• Operations Management
• Related fields

Previous experience with Athelas, BambooHR, or healthcare software is not required.
