Customer Experience Supervisor (Key Holder)

About the Role

Creations Boutique, an Arizona-based lifestyle brand rooted in global and bohemian influences, is looking for an experienced Customer Experience Supervisor (Key Holder) to join our team.

As a  Customer Experience Supervisor, you set the tone for an inspiring, unique, and entertaining customer experience. You’ll partner closely with store leadership to drive business goals, coach team members, and ensure every customer leaves feeling connected to the Creations brand. You’re a self-starter, entrepreneur, and service-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and takes pride in building relationships — with both customers and your team.

 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Experience: Spend 90% of your shift as the Leader on Duty — driving sales, motivating the team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

     
  • Train & Develop: Assist in onboarding and training new team members, providing regular coaching and feedback to help them grow.

     
  • Drive Results: Analyze sales and merchandise reports weekly to identify opportunities and implement strategies that maximize store performance.

     
  • Champion Customer Service: Create a culture that prioritizes every customer interaction, ensuring that service, merchandising, and operational standards exceed expectations.

     
  • Operational Excellence: Open and close the store, oversee daily operations, monitor payroll, and perform register audits as needed.

     
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to align on business objectives, visual direction, and team development.

     
  • Problem Solve with Purpose: Balance visual and operational priorities, using strong decision-making and discretion to maintain excellence across all areas.

     
  • Build the Brand: Cultivate community relationships that enhance the Creations brand presence and build customer loyalty.

     
  • Talent Support: Participate in interviews, scheduling, and performance management, ensuring the right people are in place to drive success.

     
  • Lead by Example: Model enthusiasm, initiative, and accountability — inspiring the team to reach their potential and embrace the Creations culture.

     

 

 

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a supervisory or key holder role

     
  • A passion for exceptional customer service and team leadership

     
  • Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills

     
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities

     
  • Experience with POS systems and understanding of retail operations

     
  • Proven ability to analyze business metrics and make strategic decisions

     
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

     
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills

     
  • Ability to drive sales through customer connection, visual excellence, and operational discipline

     
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working a flexible schedule, including weekends and closing shifts
