Studio Production Assistant

We are seeking a sharp, meticulous local production assistant to technical-direct, calibrate, and manage media operations for a premium, newly constructed multi-camera studio broadcast suite on a weekly basis. Perfect for an ambitious film, broadcasting, or digital media student looking for consistent, high-end studio repetitions.

The Architecture / Environment:

Multi-camera cinema pipeline (Sony FX3 / FX30 lines and GH5 Pocket3 

Black-magic ATEM switching matrix

duties

Camera & Rigging: Set precise frames, level tripods, adjust camera heights, and manage critical focus points.

Lighting & Scenography: Optimize key light placement, manage 2700K ambient lighting presets, and adjust background textures.

Technical Directing: Configure and manage the ATEM switcher matrix.

Data Management: Handle post-shoot media management—pull footage, upload files, and organize clean digital directories.

Pre-Production: Maintain accurate shot lists for efficient post-production deployment.

Qualifications

Current student or recent graduate in Motion Pictures, Broadcasting, or Digital Media.

Familiarity with the Sony mirrorless/cinema ecosystem and menu navigation.

Meticulous attention to detail, organization, and a strong eye for visual symmetry.
