You’ll help eligible military families better understand their healthcare options while building valuable professional skills in relationship-building, compliance, and consultative communication.

- Educate members on available healthcare plan options and benefits
- Answer questions clearly and professionally
- Guide eligible individuals through the enrollment process
- Build trust through compassionate and compliant communication

- Work alongside a supportive team with ongoing coaching and mentorship
What You’ll Gain
- $25/hour base pay
- Commission opportunities ($100 per enrollment after the monthly threshold)
- Professional sales and communication training
- Mentorship and coaching from experienced leaders
- Experience within healthcare and military-family support services
- Resume-building experience in outreach, healthcare navigation, and client communication
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
- Professional, empathetic, and goal-oriented mindset
- Interest in healthcare, outreach, sales, or community engagement
- Ability to work onsite in Renton, WA
- Availability Monday to Wednesday
Preferred Experience
- Military affiliation or familiarity with military communities
- Customer service, outreach, sales, or leadership experience
- Interest in healthcare administration, public health, or patient advocacy
This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to build professional experience while making a meaningful impact in the lives of military families.
