Position Summary
The Brand & Packaging Operations Coordinator supports the company’s branding, packaging, operational coordination, and creative initiatives across marketing, product presentation, and client experience functions. This hybrid role combines hands-on operational support with creative and branding responsibilities, including packaging coordination, inventory support, vendor communication, creative design assistance, and branded material organization.
This position is ideal for a highly organized, adaptable, and creative individual who enjoys both operational execution and visual branding. The role plays an important part in supporting the company’s packaging systems, inventory organization, branded presentation standards, and overall customer experience while contributing to the continued growth and scalability of the organization.
The Brand & Packaging Operations Coordinator will assist with packaging management, supply coordination, creative projects, and marketing support initiatives while gaining hands-on experience within a fast-paced healthcare and pharmacy environment. This position offers strong long-term growth potential for the right candidate interested in expanding into branding, packaging strategy, operations, marketing, or creative leadership functions over time.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging & Operational Support
- Assist with packaging preparation, assembly coordination, organization, and operational support activities.
- Help maintain packaging inventory counts, supply tracking, and inventory organization.
- Support ordering, restocking, and coordination of packaging materials, office supplies, and operational inventory.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, labeling, and maintaining inventory and packaging supplies.
- Coordinate packaging materials and branded presentation items for various client programs and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets, inventory logs, purchasing records, and operational documentation.
- Support shipping, labeling, fulfillment coordination, and operational organization as needed.
- Assist with vendor communication, packaging procurement coordination, and production follow-up activities.
- Help ensure packaging materials and supplies are organized, accessible, and maintained appropriately.
Branding & Creative Support
- Assist with branded packaging concepts, visual organization, and packaging presentation initiatives.
- Support the creation and organization of marketing materials, inserts, labels, promotional assets, and branded collateral.
- Assist with graphic design projects using Canva and other creative platforms.
- Support social media content creation, promotional materials, and visual marketing initiatives as needed.
- Help maintain consistency across packaging materials, branded assets, and marketing communications.
- Organize creative files, packaging templates, digital assets, and marketing resources.
- Assist with photography coordination, product presentation, and visual branding projects when applicable.
- Support company branding efforts and contribute creative ideas to improve presentation and customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, operations, fulfillment, and pharmacy teams to support organizational initiatives.
- Assist with operational and creative projects across multiple departments.
- Support packaging and branding needs for new programs, products, promotions, and client initiatives.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and external partners as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a collaborative, organized, and solutions-oriented work environment.
Innovation & Process Support
- Stay current on design trends, branding concepts, packaging ideas, and creative tools.
- Assist with identifying opportunities for improved organization, efficiency, packaging presentation, and operational workflows.
- Support ongoing improvements to branding consistency, packaging systems, and operational processes.
- Contribute creative and strategic ideas that support company growth and client experience initiatives.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college coursework or current enrollment in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, Merchandising, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with interest in branding, packaging, marketing, or visual communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to support both operational and creative responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or inventory tracking systems preferred.
- Previous internship, retail, customer service, administrative, warehouse, or operational experience preferred.
- Experience with social media content creation, branding, or marketing support preferred.
- Interest in entrepreneurship, branding, packaging, marketing, or operations strongly preferred.
- Experience within healthcare, pharmacy, wellness, or retail environments is a plus but not required.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Primarily onsite work environment based in Richardson, TX with limited remote flexibility as approved.
- Frequent use of computers, printers, inventory systems, packaging materials, and office technology.
- Regular collaboration across marketing, operations, fulfillment, and leadership teams.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing administrative and creative tasks.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, organizing, and moving packaging materials or inventory items.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. when handling packaging supplies, inventory, or promotional materials.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
Employment Classification
This position is classified as Part-Time, Non-Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and applicable state wage and hour laws. Compensation eligibility, scheduling, and hours worked will be administered in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
