Responsibilities
In this role, you will help customers and support sales goals by:
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify prospects and reach out to connect customers with the right coverage
Customer Relationship Building: Build trust as a friendly, helpful advisor for insurance and financial services needs
Sales Conversations: Present coverage options, answer questions, and help customers make confident decisions
Marketing and Outreach: Reach out using phone, email, text, and digital marketing, and support community networking
Customer Service Excellence: Assist with policy changes, billing, claims questions, and general support
Consistent Activity Focus: Stay organized and committed to daily activity and performance targets

What We Are Looking For
You do not need prior licenses or experience. We are looking for people who have the mindset and communication skills to grow.

A genuine commitment to excellent customer service
Ability to multitask and collaborate in a fast paced team environment
Coachability and willingness to continuously improve
Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Business degree is a plus
Prior sales or customer service experience helpful, but not required
Proficient with basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM tools

Annual Pay Range
$50,000 to $85,000+ (base pay plus commissions and bonuses)
