The Role: Start Your Career

You will begin your journey as a Mortgage Outreach Specialist. In this phase, you will be the first hello for our clients. While you work, we provide the training and mentorship necessary to earn your NMLS license and transition into a full-scale Loan Officer role.

 

Your Initial Responsibilities

  • Outbound Outreach: Make high volume calls to prospective borrowers and homeowners.
  • Lead Qualification: Use a proven script to identify interested clients and gather basic financial information.
  • Warm Transfers: Smoothly hand off qualified prospects to our senior licensed Loan Officers.
  • Database Management: Maintain clean and accurate notes within our CRM systems.
  • Professional Development: Participate in daily sales training and coaching sessions to prepare for licensing.

 

Uncapped Potential

We do not want you to stay a telemarketer. This is a career track position. Once you demonstrate a mastery of the phones and complete your training, you will move into a licensed role. In that position, you will benefit from an uncapped commission opportunity where your income is limited only by your own hustle.
