Part-Time | Packaging/Graphics Team

Role Overview

This full-time intern supports the Creative team at Itzy Ritzy, contributing to production design, digital asset management, and marketing support. The role spans hands-on Adobe Illustrator work for packaging and product assets, platform-based product data management in WFX, and AI image generation coordination — making it a strong fit for a designer who is equally comfortable in production workflows and creative collaboration.

Role Details

Team: Packaging/Graphics

Reports To: Head of Brand Experience

Weekly Schedule:

• Monday & Thursday - In-office 9am-5pm
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday- Remote work; independent project work as applicable

Location: Itzy Ritzy HQ, Naperville IL (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

Production Design

• Assist with production design work in Adobe Illustrator for packaging and product assets
• Assist with marketing design requests across digital and print channels
• Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas and design support as needed

WFX Product Data

• Input and maintain detailed product information within WFX
• Support WFX audit by reviewing and organizing product data for accuracy and consistency

AI Asset Management

• Manage AI image generation requests through AEON
• Coordinate asset delivery and ensure files are organized and accessible to the broader team

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator; experience with the broader Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple tasks
• Familiarity with product data systems or PLM platforms (WFX experience a plus)
• Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new tools including AI-based platforms
• Strong communicator who can collaborate across creative and operational teams
• Currently pursuing a degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
