Business Development and Sales Coordinator

We’re hiring an organized, proactive early-career professional to keep our business development sales engine humming. You’ll maintain impeccable CRM data, coordinate outreach to new customers, coordinate marketing efforts, support our trade-show presence, and help the Business Development and Sales team manage meetings and follow-ups with prospects and partners. This is a hands-on role with clear growth paths into business development, sales, marketing, or program development.

Outbound Outreach
 Execute multi-channel prospecting (LinkedIn, email, phone) using sequences/cadences.
 Draft and personalize outreach messages; schedule and confirm intro meetings.
 Track responses and conversion; hand off qualified meetings to leadership.
CRM Pipeline Hygiene
 Own day-to-day CRM updates: contacts, accounts, notes, activities, lead status, and deal
stages.
 Build and maintain prospect lists; enrich data (company size, programs, platforms, budget,
timelines).
 Generate weekly pipeline and activity dashboards; flag stuck deals and overdue follow-ups.
Light Marketing Assist
 Coordinate press releases and social posts (primarily LinkedIn) highlighting wins, demos,
and events.
 Maintain a library of approved slides, one-pagers, product photos/specs, and case
snapshots.
Events and Trade Shows
 Attend trade shows and conferences, conduct in-person, prospecting, meetings, and
competitive analysis.
 Support planning and logistics (booth materials, meeting schedules, lead capture).
 Staff the booth as needed; collect and process leads within 24-48 hours post-event.
Calendar Meeting Support
 Coordinate the President’s customer meetings (scheduling, agendas, briefs, call notes, next
steps).
 Prepare one-page meeting briefings and read-ahead materials from CRM/internal and
public sources; log outcomes and action


What You Need
 3 years’ experience in sales support, SDR/BDR, marketing ops, or admin support
(internships welcome).
 Comfortable working within a structured CRM tool such as Salesforce Gov Cloud and
Microsoft 365 productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Calendar/Teams, Word).
 Clear, professional written and verbal communication; can tailor tone for aerospace/defense
customers.
 Professional, neat appearance appropriate for customer-facing aerospace & defense
settings; business-casual on site, business-professional at trade shows, and safety compliant attire/PPE when required.
 Highly organized with strong follow-through; you love checklists, clean data, and on-time
tasks.
 Ability to travel for trade shows (10-25% at peak times).
