POSITION DUTIES
- Collects data and prepares and assembles it for reports, correspondence, etc.
- Handles mail and messages by receiving, sending, sorting, distributing, etc.
- Operates office machines (e.g., PC, computer terminal, and peripheral equipment, typewriter, copier, scanner, calculator, etc.).
- Assists with intake.
- Keeps records accurate by organizing, maintaining, posting, logging, etc.
- Performs data entry, retrieval, and other processes.
- Other duties as lawfully assigned.
