We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial roofing, including storm damage restoration, insurance claims, repairs, and full roof replacements. Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and eager-to-learn Office Manager to support our administrative team. This internship is ideal for a business administration, communications, or construction management student/recent graduate who wants hands-on experience in a growing trades company. You will gain real-world exposure to office operations, customer service, project coordination, and the inner workings of a roofing business.
This is a great opportunity to build practical skills while contributing to a tight-knit team that values hard work and a positive attitude.


Key Responsibilities

– Assist with daily office operations, including filing, supply management, and maintaining organized records.
– Provide customer service support: answer phones, respond to emails, schedule appointments, and assist clients with inquiries.
– Help with project documentation, permitting support, and maintaining job files in our system.
– Support basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and accounts receivable follow-up.
– Aid in HR-related administrative duties, including onboarding paperwork and employee records.
– Help coordinate with insurance companies on claims documentation and tracking.
– Support marketing and social media efforts as needed.
– Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving office processes.
– Perform other administrative tasks to support the team as assigned.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

– Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Previous office, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
– Interest in the construction/roofing industry is highly valued.
– Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Must be authorized to work in the United States.
