Email Marketing Coordinator
TALD is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to assist with the strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our email marketing program. This role is ideal for someone who understands that successful email marketing requires thoughtful customer journeys, strong design, audience segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate has hands-on Klaviyo experience and can both build the infrastructure and execute the creative. You will be responsible for helping establish best practices, designing email campaigns, creating automated flows, and developing a scalable email strategy that supports TALD's growth.
Responsibilities
Own and manage TALD's email marketing program within Klaviyo
Design and build email campaigns, newsletters, announcements, and promotional sends
Create visually compelling email templates and graphics using Canva and other design tools
Develop and implement automated email flows, including welcome sequences, abandoned inquiries, re-engagement campaigns, onboarding journeys, event follow-up, and lifecycle marketing
Establish audience segmentation strategies to improve personalization and conversion
Build and maintain email calendars aligned with marketing, product, and partnership initiatives
Write and edit email copy, subject lines, preview text, and calls-to-action
Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Conduct A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversion metrics
Audit existing email practices and identify opportunities to improve deliverability, engagement, and revenue generation
Collaborate with leadership to align email strategy with broader business goals
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience managing email marketing programs in Klaviyo
Experience building automated flows, segments, campaigns, and reporting dashboards
Strong design skills with proficiency in Canva
Strong copywriting and editing abilities
Understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene, and email marketing best practices
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes
