VinWorld is hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our growing domestic transportation division in Austin, TX. 📍

This is more than an entry-level sales role. It's an opportunity to build a career at the intersection of business development, transportation, and supply chain management. You'll work directly with shippers across the United States, helping them navigate freight challenges, improve efficiency, and keep their businesses moving. 📦

VinWorld is a global logistics provider with more than 20 years of experience supporting international transportation across air freight, ocean freight, and NVOCC services. As we continue expanding our domestic operations across the United States, we're building a team of professionals who want to help shape the future of our transportation division.

Our goal is not to become just another freight brokerage. We are building an end-to-end logistics operation capable of managing freight from international movement through domestic execution.

💼 The Role

As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a direct role in the growth of our domestic division by identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with shippers across the country.

Responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and qualifying new customers throughout the United States
• Identifying opportunities across FTL, LTL, and intermodal transportation 🚛
• Understanding customer shipping patterns, freight volumes, and supply chain challenges
• Developing transportation solutions tailored to customer needs
• Managing the sales process from initial outreach through account development
• Working closely with carriers and operations teams to support successful execution
• Building long-term customer relationships while achieving performance goals 🎯

This role provides exposure to both sales and operations, creating a strong foundation for future growth within logistics, transportation, account management, and commercial leadership.
