Entry-Level Paralegal

GhabourLaw is seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing team in Matawan, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to begin a rewarding career in the legal field. We are willing to train the right candidate. 

This is an in-office position located in Matawan, NJ. Remote or hybrid work is not available. 

Responsibilities: 

Assist attorneys with personal injury cases in pre-litigation phase 

Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and courts 

Maintain and update case files and case management software 

Draft correspondence and legal documents 

Schedule appointments and manage case deadlines 

Provide outstanding client service and support 

Qualifications: 

Fluent in Spanish and English (Required) 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) 

Positive attitude and willingness to learn 

Prior legal experience is a plus but not required
