Sales and Marketing Representative - B2B

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Representative who is ready to launch their career after college. You will represent business telecommunications solutions including phone, TV, internet, and entertainment services while working directly with local business customers.

We provide structured training and daily mentorship to help you transition from the classroom into the professional business world.

Position Summary

As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you will meet with local businesses face to face, introduce available service options, and guide business owners through product selection. This role combines sales, marketing, and account coordination while helping companies make informed decisions about their communication services.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with local businesses within your assigned territory and introduce service solutions
Conduct professional presentations explaining phone, internet, and entertainment service options
Identify client needs based on company size, workflow, and current service usage
Review promotional offers, bundle options, and available service upgrades
Collect account information and assist with customer enrollments
Build relationships with business owners and decision makers
Maintain consistent follow up communication to ensure customer satisfaction
Participate in daily mentorship, team meetings, and professional development sessions

Qualifications

Recent college graduates or individuals early in their professional careers are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Full time availability Monday to Friday
