Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing and communications team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to gain hands-on exposure across digital marketing, PR, and external communications. This role is highly collaborative and fast-paced, offering a valuable opportunity to work across a wide range of campaigns, initiatives, and events.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across platforms (email, social, website)
  • Assist with PR outreach to media contacts, press, influencers, and community partners
  • Help create and design marketing collateral (graphics, flyers, social assets, presentations)
  • Write and draft blog content 
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with elected officials, influencers, and partners
  • Capture content at events when needed (photo/video for social and marketing use)
  • Support general marketing operations, campaign coordination, and project execution
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members on ongoing campaigns and deliverables

 

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ​Strong copywriting skills (blogs, captions, emails, etc.)
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
  • Experience with video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) is a plus
  • Interest in PR and media outreach

 

This role is On-Site and Full-Time with flexibility for a Part-Time option 

Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour
