Bilingual Production & Brand Intern (Global Operations)
We aren't looking for a "coffee-runner." We are looking for a high-potential Bilingual Intern to act as a force multiplier for our leadership team. You will directly support our Production Operations Lead and Brand Strategy Lead in executing international audio projects.
If you live at the intersection of Fan Economy, Celebrity Culture, and Business Operations, this is your playground. You will get hands-on experience in how a global startup turns narrative content into a cult-following brand.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support: Assist the Production Operations Lead with project tracking, script critique (English), and coordinating with our global network of voice talent.
Brand & Research: Support the Brand Strategy Lead in conducting deep-dive research on fan behavior, celebrity trends, and emerging social media platforms.
Bilingual Bridge: Facilitate seamless communication between our US and Asia teams, ensuring that creative nuances are preserved across languages.
Content Assistance: Help create engaging social media assets and assist in the basic editing of audio/video content for our marketing channels.
Pipeline Health: Maintain high-quality documentation and asset management within our production pipeline.
Might need support for YouTube channel operation
What We’re Looking For
Academic Background: Current student or recent grad majoring in Media, Film, Communication, or Business.
Bilingual Mastery: Professional-level fluency in English and Chinese is non-negotiable. You must be able to translate not just words, but cultural contexts.
Pop Culture Junkie: A genuine obsession with Fan Economy and Celebrity Trends. You should understand why certain stars "break the internet" and how fans mobilize.
Technical Literacy: Familiarity with Lark/Office suit, CapCut, or Canva.
The "Startup Soul": You are proactive, "fierce" in execution, and don't wait to be told what to do next. You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Why This Internship Matters
Real Leverage: You aren't just observing; you are providing the tactical support that allows our senior leads to scale.
Global Ecosystem: Exposure to a unique production model that bridges Hollywood aesthetics with Asian market speed.
Mentorship: Direct access to a team of award-winning producers and strategic partners.
The Full-Time Track: We hire for keeps. Exceptional interns are prioritized for the “Lead-Track” career path within the company.
