We move beyond the "standard of care" to help our clients find the root cause of their health challenges—specializing in functional medicine, gut health, peptide therapy, and aesthetic wellness. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented professional to be the face of our clinic and the first point of contact for our community.

The Role

You will manage the heartbeat of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels seen, heard, and supported from the moment they walk in until they leave with a clear plan for their health. This is a full time position. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Patient Advocacy: Manage the front desk, check-ins/check-outs, take payments, client experience and scheduling with a focus on seamless patient flow.
  • Customer Support: Act as the primary point of communication via phone and email, answering questions about our services with confidence and empathy.
  • Clinic Operations: Process supplement orders/stock and ensure the lobby environment remains a calming, premium space.
  • Growth Support: Assist with the implementation of our patient loyalty and review programs (incentivized bonus structure included!).

Social Media & Marketing:

  • Preferred but not required: We are looking for someone with a passion for digital storytelling.
  • Capture "behind the scenes" content of the clinic
  • Assist in posting updates to Instagram and Facebook to keep our community engaged.
  • Help turn our clinical success stories into relatable digital content.

Who You Are:

  • The Ultimate Communicator:  You are the first face the clients see, an upbeat and warm personality is a must.
  • Technically Savvy: Comfortable with EMR systems, scheduling software, and social media platforms.
  • Proactive & Motivated: You notice the small things—whether it's a patient who needs a glass of water or a supplement shelf that needs restocking.
  • Wellness-Minded: You have a genuine interest in holistic health and "root-cause" medicine.
  • Adaptable to change: You can help with organization and are adaptable to our growing pace and evolving systems
