Position Overview

We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Brand Representatives / Sales Associates. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build experience in sales, customer engagement, marketing, and brand representation within a fast-paced professional environment.

As a Brand Representative, you will interact directly with customers, promote products and services, and help create a positive brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company brand professionally and positively
• Engage with customers and answer product/service questions
• Assist with sales and customer support
• Build strong customer relationships
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on promotions
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet goals
• Help set up promotional displays and events when needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work full-time Tuesday through Saturday
• Reliable transportation to Independence, Ohio
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
