Job Description

Ko’llection is a fast-growing Korean beauty and lifestyle retail company with stores located in Manhattan, New York. As we continue expanding into new locations, we are looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated Bilingual Retail Operations Manager to help oversee store operations, manage employees, and support company growth.

This role is ideal for someone with strong retail leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage both people and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and supervise store employees and team performance
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and employee development
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, store cleanliness, and organization
• Handle operational and employee-related issues professionally
• Communicate with upper management regarding store operations and performance
• Help support new store openings and company expansion projects
• Travel between store and office locations when needed
• Ensure company policies and operational procedures are consistently followed

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Korean and English required
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Valid driver’s license required
• At least 2 years of retail management or retail leadership experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, organized, and dependable
• Flexible schedule availability required
• Weekend availability required
