This is an active opening at Best Source Electronics in Blaine, MN, not a general resume collection. We are hiring because of continued customer demand and growth across our electronics manufacturing work. This position is on-site at our clean, climate-controlled facility.
Best Source Electronics is looking for a dependable and organized Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Coordinator to support our growing electronics manufacturing operation.
This is a broad role that may focus primarily on receiving incoming parts and placing them into inventory, kitting parts for production jobs, or preparing finished goods for shipment. It is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety throughout the day, staying organized, working with inventory and logistics, and helping products and materials move efficiently through the company.
You will play an important role supporting projects for customers in industries such as medical, aerospace, industrial, and advanced technology.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities may include a mix of:
- Receiving incoming materials and verifying shipments
- Checking parts against purchase orders, packing slips, and internal requirements
- Organizing and maintaining inventory
- Putting received parts into inventory locations
- Kitting parts and materials for production jobs
- Supporting inventory accuracy and material traceability
- Preparing finished products for shipment
- Packaging products carefully to meet customer and shipping requirements
- Coordinating shipments using carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and LTL freight providers
- Assisting with domestic and international shipments
- Helping maintain a clean, organized stockroom and shipping area
- Working with purchasing, production, and quality teams to keep jobs moving
Some days may focus more on receiving and inventory, while other days may focus on kitting jobs, packaging finished goods, or coordinating shipments through FedEx, UPS, DHL, or freight carriers.
This role helps keep production moving by making sure the right parts are received, organized, available, kitted, and shipped accurately. Your work directly affects production schedules, customer shipments, and inventory accuracy.
